Talk about a challenge!

This was one of the most challenging jobs I have ever done. First off the floors started with a factory finish that was extremely difficult to remove. After many hours and dollars worth of sandpaper the old finish was finally removed. That was the easy part. Now it was time to go up on a 24 foot ladder and sand and finish between all the spindles and the outside tread nosing at the top of the staircase. This job was tough and many times I just wanted to quit and go home but I pushed on mentally and physically to complete what I had started. In the end I think everything came out awesome. The finish used was Bona Mega One, Matte.
